Computer Cycles but Won't boot....

FIxed sorry about that. I re-seated the ram and it booted.... Now the fan is making odd noises so I will have to figure that out lol.

Its possible you bumped the video card. Try each of the following. Try resetting the vid card. Unplug the power cables to the HD and reseat. Unplug SATA cable to HD and reseat. Also unplug/replug all SATA cables into the motherboard as well. Do the same for all power cables. Check the video cables too while you are at it. (on both ends)

This should only take a couple minutes and I've found the cables to cause issues like this more often than not. Let me know if this doesn't fix it.

Hello,

The only thing I could guess would be that the thermal paste maybe didn't take. And you could try to remove the old and reapplying it.
