Looking to maybe get back into folding, whats my best option? - Page 11

Have you checked to see if the core downloaded? If not, you could try manually placing the core in the correct folder which is here on Win7: C:\Users\BWG\AppData\Roaming\FAHClient\cores\www(dot)stanford(dot)edu\~pande\Win32\AMD64\NVIDIA\download and extract this folder to the nVidia directory

Make sure the entire FAHClient folder and sub folders have write permissions.

Visual Example of Contents:

However, I have a Fermi. Not sure if these will work with your 760. Is there even a folder inside of your NVIDIA folder?

You are spot on BWG! I actually figured it out on my own just a few minutes ago. I got the original HDD from the folding rig, plugged it in via USB, and copied the old CORE data (beta and 17) over to the new SSD install. Now all is well and I am folding away on a 7811. I don't know if downloading them from your link would work since as you said, that is for NVIDIA, but my old files worked good. As far as I can tell from all the other stuff I read on it, apparently Stanford quits handing out the cores for some reason, and that prevents people from starting Beta clients.

Thanks the help.
