Oh gosh doh.gif yeah, didn't notice that. But that review does prove that a good loop with only 120mm radspace COULD outperform tower cooler, but not with that rad XD

I don't know guys single rads arnt terrible as long as its just a CPU loop, I had a thermaltake bigwater 760 plus and it only had a single 120mm rad, when I put that baby in push pull it was great even at 4.7ghz! now I wasted a ton of money on expanding my loop putting in a GPU block and a dual rad for like $1200 for no performance gain but a better video cars... but hey im all about the hobbie and aesthetics :0

yea a single rad can be outperformed by air cooling for sure.. but does it look cool!!!??? that's the question you gotta ask yourself wink.gif

And on the counter point a single radiator is capable of outperforming a tower cooler, it all depends on the loop. Pop in a UT60 in push/pull with an MCP35x and Phobya UC-2 and that sucker will wipe a tower cooler out of the picture, but those are not the circumstances here.

The OP has a really thin, really low fin density rad which simply won't cut it.
