Little Help with Power Consumption Question. (Haswell 4670k and ati 7850)

I just redid my computer to save some power and get a much needed performance boost.

Currently it is in my Sig but will lay out everything here.
4670k@stock
7850
5 3tb HDs
1 ssd
6 fans

Idle I am using 83watts measured with a Kill A Watt. I feel like that is just a little high. Was wondering if anyone has any opinions. I guess the drives and the fans may add up. But as far as I understand the 4670 and the 7850 should enter very low power states.

Make sure you are accounting for power waste. Even the best power supplies are only 70-80% efficient at very low (10%) load. If you want to guess that your power supply is 75% efficient at that load, you are actually using 83 * 0.75 = 62 watts to power your components.

Ah yea. That would seem much more reasonable. Going to try unplugging most of the fans and spinning down the HDs and see what's up. Thanks.
