Gigabyte GTX 670 OC Edition Performance + Heaven Benchmarks

(I'm also running at 1920x1080, 8GB 1600mhz RAM, Corsair 850w + a 120gb kingston SSD)

I've had my Gigabyte GTX670 OC + 3570 for about a month now and it's been fantastic. But I don't have the performance I did a few days ago.
But, after I reinstalled Windows 7 just the other day, things in Battlefield 3 feel wrong. Every drive is the same.

I've tried:

Changing from low to high graphics.
Turning off V-sync, AA.
Re installing Windows again.
Re installing drivers for everything.

Note I have never overclocked anything myself (yet!) everything is currently at 'stock'.

I've also had a random drop to 25 fps on other servers, and even on low it's dropping to 50~. I keep a solid FPS some of the time it's just a lot of sweet spots that drop it to 40 on all maps now.

Heres a perfoverlay with my framerate and usage~

Ran Unigine Heaven with the Extreme Preset, which as far as I've read is lower than what others have gotten with the same setup.

You should OC that i5, should definitely help in situations like BF3 which can be very CPU heavy.

Yeah I know, I will soon. The thing is, I didn't have to previously.

50fps then 25fps? Isn't that like a 50hz thing + double buffering vsync?
