First Camera

Thread Starter
Dear OCN,

I'm looking for a camera to use for overall and everyday use, inside, outside, dark, light environment. Just a camera that does it all-round. "Compact camera?"
Now, my knowledge of camera's is very minimum and i would like some recommendations and opinions from you people who do know what they're talking about.
A local store recommended me a Sony DSC-HX200V model for a price of €339 euros (that's $442).
My budget is max $520.

Thanks in advance!

That Sony, don't have RAW
If you are looking for a bridge camera,
Canon SX50 = mega zoom, depth color
Panasonic FZ200 = sharpness, aperture

http://www.cameradebate.com/2012/panasonic-lumix-fz200-vs-canon-sx50-hs/
Or Amazon for search and review
I own a Panasonic FZ150, what is good for RAW pics, but suck in jpeg

Used Fuji X10. Absolutely the best bang for your buck unless you want interchangeable lenses.
