Depends completely on your individual chip. Some are great overclockers, some are not good at all. Some have very high pre-delid temps, others have pretty good pre-delid temps. You will just have to test it.
Follow the guide below and you should not have any trouble finding what your chip can do. The screen shots look a little different than our bios, but all the settings that need to be changed are the same. I would also suggest being on the newest bios, 1803, before you start.
If you have not run memtest86+ overnight that would be a good idea to do too, before you begin your chip oc. Ram problems have caused a number of people to have trouble with their chip oc, so you want to make sure the ram is good.
For reference, the average Ivy chip does 4.5 at around 1.25v. With the H100i you should be able to go to 1.3v or so without temp issues.
