but my plan is this: since i'll be staying in a house (dad's friend) i thought i would get a cheap cooler to test everything, if nothing is on DoA i'll pack it all up, if something is i'll be staying there for 2 weeks+i'll be staying in a 20min distance from newegg/microcenter
technically the only thing that can fail and be bad is the remote control thing, microphone and the cables
that seems like a great deal!
anyone disagree if i change noctuas to these?
i sure do love the GT's, but the vortex's are $10 each whereas the GT is about $20 each. is there that much difference between the two?

E: those $10 fans have $7 shipping; GT AP-15's are $20 each with no extra shipping. the noctua F12(linus' favorite fans) are $20 too. which one, the GT or noctua?Edited by barkinos98 - 7/1/13 at 12:55pm
