Well I think that getting a 3930K solely for GTAIV is a very weird decision, it runs quite well on my i7 930 at stock clocks already so I wouldn't go with a 3930K esp. considering that it will most-likely make no use of the extra cores and the Hyperthreading. I would go with an i5 and keep the rest of the money in your pocket for future upgrades. Or if you wanna do it go but that's just so you know.
Also PSU, memory (16GB?), RIVE they're all pricy parts. On the part choices alone I don't see anything particular to be concerned about.
well, i was thinking to keep the base strong so i wouldn't be upgrading the big parts sooner.

the AX860 is $170, AX860i is $220 and the seasonic 860W is $184 on pcpartpicker, so there isnt much difference.
what else can i buy? i'm never getting a CM psu again, my old GX650 was so loud, i had to change the fan to the stock 212 evo fan. then the psu burned because (i guess) overheating.
and it was just running a HD4650 and a athlon x4, both stock. 650W should be ok for both, right? it burned
