Unless they want an ethylene glycol based coolant or propylene based coolant. Then Mayhems Biocide extreme or any copper sulphate based biocide will lead be very bad things..... Some people like corrosion inhibitors. Any CuSo4 additive also has a reputation to ruin UV coolants. Unfortunately UV dyes are not very stable.
I did one revoew on Myahems , die I used in on my HTPC for many testing ove the Plastcizer thing, on my main rig i only use DS Water so , no special coolant or colored thing stay in my loop for more than couple of hours. just for pic's and that's it.

I had used Dead water in the past never had any issue. I have been using Mayhems Biocide for a good two years and half if IRRC. none of my blocks or had i had issues, I have used koolance blocks " A lot ppl said koolance plate is not good" well i never had any issue, My CPU block is koolance I had it poder coated to match my theme. I opened it couple time never found any corrosion or anyhing. But but, i do take care my stuff , many ppl after leak test put water on it and let it run til water dries. "I'm not that kinda person" if one day i decide to sell my stuff you can buy it with your eyes close because it will be news as like day one.
yes dead water or mayhems biocide will do the job.
