Multifunctioning Serial Port? How can i assign it a COM #?

So i bought two cheap serial cards (guess i get what i pay for). When i installed them i put in the drivers for the cards, and then after looking at the device manager i see that i have two com ports and two multifunctional ports. Each of the cards has one port that works (using them to console to network devices) but then the other port on the card is apparently a "multifunctional adapter". Can i assign these multifunctional adapters to have a COM #? They are serial ports. See the pictures.

Bump. No one knows anything about this?

I'm not sure about the multifunctional ports, but sure you can change the COM ports of the PCI-SERIAL ports below. Just rick click on them -> properties -> select port settings on top -> advanced -> and on the bottom you can change the number of the COM port.
I guess that even if you see 4 different devices, only the 2 COM ports can be customized.

I hope this helps!
