i just paid $270 shipped (to hawaii) for mine. i saw a handful of others sell for slightly more just before i bought it. when i was looking, it seemed like a 3770k at $250 was either used, or BNIB and priced for a very quick sale

and i never saw the ones being sold for $250 on ocn. those were likely acquired through the retail edge program
