need some info on the sandisk ultra plus ssd

Thread Starter

I am ordering my new rig tomorrow and I am just finalizing on parts before I order. I just want to know if the sandisk is reliable and if i had to RMA do you think it would be a PITA.

I am debating at this moment If I should up my budget to at least the Plextor M5P Pro 128GB area which is 130.00. Does anyone have any Sandisk Ultra Pro benchmarks compared to lets say the plextor m5p pro

The Sandisk drive is probably just fine. I'v owned many of their flash memory devices and never had an issue. It's just not a real popular choice when it comes to SSDs.

The Plexor M5 is also a great choice, but if you'r in the $130 range for a 128BG SSD, I'd suggest looking at the Samsung 840 Pro that comes with 5 year warranty.
