Awesome, the bug is spreading! biggrin.gif

One small note: While it is easier to lace cables while they're out in the open, I tend to
do it only once they're mounted and routed where I want them. Might be a non-issue for
you, but just FYI. wink.gif

Just got done finishing my build (besides waiting on new ram) and wanted to say a quick thankyou for the guide. My cables were all over the place since i used a pre sleeved kit then tried to modify them. This technique was the savior, thanks again.

I like this method better than the others I have seen. It seems less complicated. I'll give this a shot tonight. Thanks for the video thumb.gif

Here's mine. I used beading thread from Michaels, a bit thicker

Looks real nice Sean thumb.gif
I just tried it with some fishing line since that's all I had laying around and it worked really well. I'll probably end up using thread when I do the final stitching since the fishing line is hard to keep tied. I did stitch it upside down though, so you can see the knot in the center on the top side. That will be fixed when I redo it with thread

What where you using to thread the line through? Almost looked like paperclips but the lines were to straight. also what is teh cord called? i couldnt make out what you said it was in the video. Freakin awesome tutorial!

I used this method over the weekend and used regular sewing thread and it worked great. I had to be a little careful not to pull too tight though or the thread would break. Here is a pick of the exact needle kit I bought. I used a paperclip when I did the first practice stitch and it worked fine, but I think the needles made it a little easier
