Please can someone help me find something decent for 350 and under? Something that will be used for mostly job hunting, vmware and basic word processing.

Hmm, this is kind of tricky of choosing between Intel Pentium B960, Intel Core i3-2370M and AMD A6-4400M.

To me, I think the i3 is a better deal because it is slightly faster than Intel Pentium and AMD A6-4600m. However, Intel Pentium and Intel Core i3 lacks a good integrated GPU which AMD A6-4600M has a better one.

Considering you aren't going to be doing anything like gaming then you are good to go with Intel Core i3-2370M

Can't see that link, what do you think about a old T60 for 100 bucks with a ATI x1400 card for just web browsing? It's coreduo not core2duo

I don't know how big the laptop that you want.
There's a 13.3" laptop that have an ULV i3 which it'll let your laptop have longer battery life than normal i3 however they are much slower.
Don't grab the i3 380M because it is an old ass version.

Maybe Lenovo IdeaPad N581 because it is using an Ivy Bridge i3 which it has slightly better integrated GPU compare to regular Sandy Bridge i3.
