Need help deciding.

So I have been deciding to upgrade my GPU for the past 2 months or get a new monitor.

I have been deciding to get either a Dell 2408WFP for $120 or Qnix QX2710 or a Gigabyte 7950 Windforce for $275.

Or should I wait for the new ATI cards to come out. Keep in mind I can only spend up to $300.

I mainly play BF3 and will be getting BF4.

BTW this is what happening to my computer while I play BF3.

Thank you in advance.

The tricky thing is, if you upgrade you GPU then it will be a bit of an overkill for your monitor and if you upgrade your monitor then the GPU might be a bit lightweight.

I think you should upgrade both over time.

I would upgrade your monitor to 23" 1920x1080 or 24" 1920x1200.

For GPU I would look at a GTX760 like this one from Gigabyte. Best bang for buck at the moment I think. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125466.

Personally I would go a larger res monitor first and OC the GPU as much as possible. Alternative is to see if you ca get another 6870 and crossfire. AMD looks to have made some significant progress with the framerate issue and will have a new driver in July.

So which one of the 2 should i get. The Dell would have 4 years of use and the Qnix will be brand new.

the Qnix is probably too high a resolution for the 6870 to cope with. Id get the Dell if it was in good working order.
