Hello need Extensive Help With setting Up current build Mostly Motherboard settings

Hi I am fairly new to forum Im looking to get most out of the build I made Im gonna list the peripherals installed and currently working
My problem or rather mistake was to buy motherboard which is built with proffesional overclockers in mind I am just trying to get most out of it
by setting it up the way someone/anyone with similliar setup has it running without issues Im not trying to kill the cpu or video card just
want to have this machine running for the next few years wink.gif I've been looking at few posts and I see people setting their builds to extreme Though I know it will
only last a year or so on their settings by looking at comments, I am Also new to forum so go easy on me please smile.gif so here is my setup

POWER SUPPLY : CORSAIR HX 1050W
PROCESSOR : Intel Six Core I7 3970X
PROCESSOR COOLING : Corsair H80i water cooling
MOTHERBOARD : ASUS Rampage IV Extreme (BIOS 4102 x64 5/27/2013)
MEMORY : Corsair Vengeance DDR3-1866 32GB (4X8GB) CL10
Graphics Card : EVGA nVidia Geforce GTX 690 4GB
SSD : Intel 520 120GB x 2 in RAID 0 running on windows 8 pro
HARD DRIVE : Western Digital RED WD10EFRX 1TB x 2 RAID 0 mostly for storage
OPTICAL DRIVE : LG electronics WH14NS40 14X 3D blu-ray SATA writer Drive
CASE thermaltake level 10 GTS
My last computer built was in 2001 Things have change since then my main Issue is to setup This Motherboard There is
so many options that I do not know where to start without screwing it up or making things incompatible
Can someone please be kind enough to tell me how should I set the values of "Extreme Tweaker" Page in Bios
In order for this processor to run at its full potential, Or maybe direct me to a page of someone that has similar setup MOBO+CPU+WATERCOOLING"
Half of the Value acronyms are black magic to me but if Anyone Could give me a quick run down on how to set the values
I would really appreciate it and am gonna try to return a favor in any way possible.

Again thank you in advance!

Wow.....................just wow.

I don't even want to know how much that costs biggrin.gif

Why don't you start off with overclocking your GPU. In games, overclocking your GPU will give you better performance, overclocking your CPU might only yield ~5 FPS.

Download MSI after burner and the Heaven benchmark.

Then watch this video and follow the same method http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l0Yax9gjb6s

Thanks for that In actual OS i do Have gpu bumped to max without any problems It's the amount of Options in The ASUS Rampage extreme IV it self that makes me go crazy as far as setting up
then there is AI suite for windows which is also Great but I'd rather Have everything set everything as far as RAM and CPU goes so it is stable and maximized, I am planning on installing Linux XEN and would like to paravirtualize a few Operating systems knowing that everything is set properly in BIOS won't give me headaches in the long run smile.gif but thank you very much for your input Angel thumb.gif

That tutorial helped a million!! thank you now I know whats what, the entire BIOS interface is a mess with hugeeeee selection for almost anything you can think of, I do have a problem with the EVGA GTX 690 though im looking at GPU1 and GPU2 both have different Bioses is that normal ?! Plus I get all kinds of weird load differentials where GPU2 is one that takes all the load when GPU1 is almost not doing anything which is very weird... You wouldn't happen to know if thats motherboard issue or Video card it self I should of got ASUS gtx690 INSTEAD! durr .. thanks alot for that find angel appreciate it!
