Remote Desktop Question..

Thread Starter
Hi all.. so I have an odd kind of problem. My desktop PC (win 8 pro) has two user accounts, my local admin account and a local family account (non-admin). I let the family use my desktop while I am gone but I always keep my ultrabook (win 7 pro) on me and I usually RDP into my desktop via VPN with my admin account.

My question is how would I go about taking over my desktop via RDP without requiring the local user permission? I would think since my account is admin, it wouldn't question it and would just allow me to take over the session. But that isn't the case, it always ask the local account if they will allow my admin account to connect and end their session. I have looked around in the gpedit.msc (local group policy editor) but I haven't found my solution.

Any help? Thanks.

Is fast user switching enabled on the desktop?
