Don't hate on the PSU! Lol

Alright so I've got everything installed except the DVD drive because, well, I don't have one :3

I'm wondering what to do next? I want to upgrade the BIOS and all that but with no DVD drive how do I do that?

Also, what programs should I get? Like CPU-Z?

I would say grab a 120~ ssd as 64 is going to be quite small Samsung 840 pro is a good choice
aswell as in my opinion if U can't get enought cash to get a 7950 instead of a 7870
Drop the CPU cooler n stock should be fine with slight oc im sure I'll benefit more from 7950 n later U can pick up n14 hd after U got ur rig for some awsome oc
Good luck with ur new rig

No. Stock cooler is NOT fine for any overclocking.

Whoa boys. I already have ALL my parts except for an Optical Drive lol I got one as a gift and guess what? It was an old IDE one >.>

Don't worry. I have the NH-D14. I may be new to building computers but I'm not OCing on a stock cooler lmao
