HI and WELCOME VT
Personally, go for the best OC at default voltage, then move it up a notch and work it again. The same goes for the RAM, Memory controler and Chipset ...
Check out the link for a proven method to fine the stable max of your components. Having the peices make for good OC

That's Duke,

My problem was without increasing vcore .25 I couldn't get past a 216 x 12 without it failing to POST or getting the BSOD. Do I just have a unlucky part? If I have liquid cooling is it still a problem to keep increasing vcore?
