I have a Kana, but I'm ready to sell it. The sensor is fine, I actually like the button placement, but the shape just isn't as comfy as the IMO due to less curves and the hump in the back.

Besides it sounds like the OP doesn't want a mouse with buttons on the right side.

At this point after looking around it doesn't sound like I have much of an option besides the Roccat Savu.

I'm in a similar boat (although I DO prefer buttons on both sides), but I love the IMO shape. It blows my mind as to why other companies don't at least mimic it more.

Unless you want to buy another IMO, you may have to made a choice between shape v. sensor. The MS Comfort Mouse 6000 has an excellent shape, is light, but has pronounced angle snapping.

I actually broke down and bought a CM Storm Spawn based on its weight and it being smaller (I have tiny hands), It's obviously no where near the shape of the IMO/WMO but I've heard good things and It looks like I might actually like it.

I think it's an exact IMO 1.1 inside, limited to 400dpi right?

If it doesn't work out bst's mouse might be out soon, check it out:

Also the pcb is supposed to fit in a WMO pretty easily with some dremeling. ofc that's assuming it's actually coming out/isn't terrible.

Even if it doesn't look like it at first sight, try out Logitech. The new G100s features a proven shape that works with any grip imaginable, and dates way back to their Pilot Wheel Ball Mouse.

While I liked the shape of the Sensei (and Taipan), I couldn't put up with the sensor deficiencies. Zowie AM/FK are shaped like WMO on paper, but not size wise. Both are much smaller than the WMO, and gave me cramps with anything but one specific claw grip (which apparently they were designed for by two pro gamers), that I couldn't get used to.

Seriously, try out the G100s.

Here's an updated (now with FK) picture that compares mice sizes.

Haha, I know that gimpy claw grip you're talking about. I had to do the same when it was cramping my hand badly.

How long did you keep your FK btw? I got over the shape eventually, mine actually feels really comfortable to me now.

e: the FK dimensions in that pic are waaay off, it should be more like 36 height 65 width. It seems to measure different mice in different places though, it's kind of confusing.
