PSU is plenty good enough for it. COuld be some other device. Can you upload a photo

try Disconnect SSD and remove Ram except for one stick and try that stick in different slots. DO you have another GPU you can try it with.

otherwise I would RMA it.

It was the gpu! I plugged in a older one from AMD and it worked! I installed the newest bios drivers and now it works! geeforce gtx780 made the usb ports not work with the old bios that came preinstalled with the mobo. Thank you so mutch for the help!

Excellent. Pleased to see it worked out.

That sort of incompatibility happens a lot. I have got spare PS2 Keyboards and Mice, Connectors and cables, PSU, GPU and RAM, just in case.
