$300 Find me the parts!

So I have $300-$350 (lower end plzzzz) to spend.

I want a setup that will be able to cool my FX-8320 very nice while overclocking and possibly in the future have enough cooling power to cool a 770 etc.... (do not list a water block for the 770 or accessories) only list the parts needed for a complete setup on a CPU cooling ONLY.

I'm asking your help to list them directly, because I have no idea what brands are what or which is better, and if it were left to me I would screw myself over with picking wrong parts lol. I want either White or Blue tubing BTW. My theme is White and Blue

Eeeek, forgot I need a 240 RAD!

if you plan on adding more blocks later, this kit can easily handle more radiators, more water blocks, more tubing length.

but for now id say this is your best bet for sub $300.

also gives you some room to buy your own cylinder res if you want, since its a bit lower than 300.

at the bottom you can customize your order for blue or white tubing, different led colors as well as any other accessories you would need.

i bought this kit and expanded it for 2 radiators, 2 gpu water blocks, separate res. this pump handles it with ease. Also this kit comes with compression fittings over standard barbs, if that's your thing.

edit - sorry linked the 280mm radiator version, fixed now. its the same thing just with 240 rad over 280

Use one of these(comes with clear tubing, you'll have to purchase around 6-8 feet of either blue or white tubing along with this):

and to reach the $300 mark, buy a second radiator for the front of the case as well:

or the back fan grill of the case:

Okay so I was thinking why am I spending $300 on water cooling lol, just follow me here, if I only looped my CPU and thats it. FOREVER. The new http://www.frozencpu.com/products/16893/ex-wat-221/XSPC_Raystorm_750_RX240_Extreme_Universal_CPU_Water_Cooling_Kit_New_Rev_4_Pump_Included_w_Free_Dead-Water.html?tl=g30c321s1310 Would be perfect right? Its got the new Pump/Res Rev. 4 (check it out of their site). It would save me $150 to use on something else like a component or something. All I would use it for would be to cool my CPU and thats it.

Yeah that will work fine

Yeah that Rx240 is a good kit, the pump is adequate for a small cpu only loop the radiator is nice and would dissipate a lot of heat. the raystorm block is very very well constructed. The xspc included fans are surprisingly good, wouldnt have to upgrade them, maybe spend about 22$ and buy 3 more for push pull. I personally dont like the barb fittings that come with it, but thats your choice. The reservoir should suit nicely for your needs aswell, a good choice over, and you save 130 dollars you can spend on other stuff biggrin.gif
