I can run my system at:

46x CPU and 45x cache

or

47x CPU and 40x cache

bclk is at 100.

Which is better?

You mean the the same VCore?

If that's the case, then 47 should definitely be better.

Somewhat the same.

4.7ghz needs 1.4v, 4.6ghz needs 1.35v ish. Temps are in check (delid & custom loop).

Well I'd personally stay under 1.4V for a 24/7 overclock. For 4.6Ghz, lower than 45 cache isn't stable at 1.35V?

Tried all the way down to 40...4.7 is hitting the ceiling I suppose. I read that staying within 300ghz of the cpu is best for the cache ratio so the system doesn't bottleneck the cpu. I'm 700ghz away worriedsmiley.gif

Well that's not exactly necessary, according to Sin's guide (which I really recommend), you should first try getting out the most of the CPU itself, with the Vcore. After you find that limit, then you can increase the cache multiplier and see if it helps increase the frequency a bit.

He also mentions that usually above 4.5Ghz the cache multi needs to be increased a bit and not really before that.

46X + 45X @ 1.35. the jump to 1.4v is not worth 100mhz. You're already pushing a lot of voltage.
