2x GTX 780 + 700w dedicated PSU... Is it safe to overclock?

So, I'm using this PSU: http://www.coolermaster.com/product/Detail/powersupply/silent-pro-gold/silent-pro-gold-700w.html to power both my GTX 780. The video cards are the only thing plugged on this PSU. The rest of the system is being powered by this: http://products.xfxforce.com/en-us/Power_Supply/Pro_Series_550W_PSU/P1-550S-XXB9

I was wondering if it would be safe to OC both my GTX 780 with a 700w power supply.
