I see. Is it gpu boost 2 at work regarding the throttling? Sure. How do I monitor the cpu temps? Am using asus gputweak for gpu momitoring

you could use Riva tuner to monitor the CPU &gpu usage in overlay form.

Hi. i installed hw monitor .

It has 40+ deg at idle for all four cores with the 212 evo and the gpu reports 40 deg at idle too.

Could it be that i've not seated my cpu properly for the cpu?

but the gpu, i have no idea why it has higher temps on average.
