GIGABYTE Force M7 newly released gaming mouse - cheap (£18)

Thread Starter
Recently the GIGABYTE Force M7 has been released in the UK, I have not got one yet but at a glance looks rather appealing, rubber grips and wide big buttons.

The specs are also rather impressive:

12000 FPS sensor (laser?), 3 switchable DPI modes 800, 1600, 3200 respectively and quite cheap.

Now its obviously to early to say how this mouse will perform but it seems to have a lot going for it.

shape looks very awkward and extremely narrow, 5cm width in narrowest spot would break most hands.
atleast 137mm length, should be enought for average fingers not to hand from the mouse.

The shape is fine. Don't know how OP came up with 12000 FPS; I'm not finding that on the linked page. Probably a cheap (non-laser) optical sensor inside. The usual problems with new mice: They don't list the important details. For example: Is the given weight with or without cord? What's the sensor? What are the switches? Can prediction be disabled?

Tiresome.

$10 says it's a garbage pixart sensor.

Interesting choice with the dragon dildo shape though.

pixart lists the adns-3090 and adns-9050, hardly garbage sensores

Oh I see, there's two versions. OP listed the specs for the laser version and linked to the optical one.

Time to get excited for the nth ADNS-9500 and pixart optical mice to get dumped onto the market I guess

Is it really that long?
