You have a good yet finicky board to OC on. The evo version is actually the better board, but I think we can hook you up..

Go into you're bios and find a setting called dram speed/bandwidth. Set it to 1866mhz.

Then go to a setting that will either state linked/unlinked or ganged/unganged. Click unganged as you only have 1 stick of ram. If you buy another stick, change to linked/ganged.

Next find dram timing. Set it to the following. 9-10-9-27-2T. It will be the top 5 numbers.

DON'T USE INTEL XMP! It will f up your system. Manually set the top five numbers also!

Find dram voltage and set that to 1.65v.

Follow the pile driver and bulldozer overclocking guide from there on out. There is one specifically for asus boards.

Let me know how that helps you out! If you like then +rep! Hope I have been able to help a fellow ocer out! Welcome to the big red family! And if you need any further guidance hit me up.

I will try out this.

But one thing is my GPU stops responding if i go beyond 1050. Looks like I have to settle with it.

There is a setting in settings in GPU tweak that allows for over clocking beyond the amd standard 1050. There is a check box that you check. It allows for extreme OCing. Find that in the settings menu. Then set it to 1150 and 5400 memory. Set voltage to 1.150. Run heaven or MSI kombustor to stress it out. If it is stable then up each clock by 25 and repeat. Let me know.

The two boxes in settings are GPU voltage and overclocking range enhancement. You will have success and you will get it!
