Basically I updated my broadband to fibre optic the other day and thought it would increase my streaming capabilities! It did improve the sharpness but I can't quite seem to get the correct settings for my pc!

I am currently running a 13-inch, Late 2011 Macbook pro
Processor 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Graphics Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB
Software Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63b)

I tend to just stream online games using camtwist and FlashMediaLiveEndoder.
My FMLE settings at the minute are as follows :
Format: H.264
Frame Rate: 20.00fps
Input size: 1024x768 (maintain aspect ratio)
Bit rate: 1000Kbps
output size: 1024x768

And my camtwist settings are set to the same as FMLE.

My new download speed is at 125mb and the download is at around 15mb

Just trying to find the best settings to have so it isn't as choppy and it still looks visually sound!

Ps, I am streaming to TWITCH.TV
