Office work station advice needed

Hi guys,

Thinking of upgrading my company work stations.

3 choices
Major tasks are email checking, label process, web browsing. Some computer needs photoshop task
I don't plan to O.C any machine due to stability and heat issue.(maybe light O.C for fun)
Budget builds, so no fancy.

First spec
A6-6400k stock heat sink
MSI-FM2-A75XMA-E35
8GB DDR3
500GB HDD
Lite On DVD RW
NZXT source 210 case

2nd spec
A8-6600k stock heat sink
MSI-FM2-A75XMA-E35
8GB DDR3
500GB HDD
Lite On DVD RW
NZXT source 210 case

3rd spec
FX4130 stock heat sink
Asus M5A78L-M LX PLUS Socket AM3+ 760G mATX ( this board TDP is 125W I believe, and the FX4130 is 125w, so I think I am fine if I don't O.C or light overclock later)
8GB DDR3
500GB HDD
Lite On DVD RW
NZXT source 210 case

Which setup do you guys think is more stable and good for long term run?
I am not planning to upgrade for another at least 5yrs due to light tasks.
Or should I just go for i3?

Please give me your advice and thank you in advance.

If you are trying to build as cheap as possible then i think even a pentium would be fine. If you are heavily using photoshop then an i3 or an a8 would be much faster.
