I think it's because the sub-20 litre definition of SFF is not widely known, not mentioned on the forum subtitle, there's no sticky FAQ, and threads referencing larger builds are not moved by moderators. So people who usually buy full tower cases will presumably just assume that it means any case designed for mini ITX and micro ATX. Usually the first they hear about it is from a snide comment in their build log wink.gif
