So nobody thinks i will get $75+ for it?

I wouldn't pay more than $45 for one if I had a use for it. There are far better cards out there. $100ish will get you a 480, which will annihilate that card. Even at $75, there are much better options out there.

Yes but 2 of these cards are a GTX 480 DX 9 Edition with 512MB RAM lol

You might get 75np but a guy selling his for 50 buy now and another that will take 65 .

Best thing to do with it is take the heatsink off and flip the two pc's around back to back put two as1's on it and use the 1165vt plug in for riva for voltage easy 800+ on the core.

you have to bend one striaght up thuo like this

http://hwbot.org/submission/2194433_cowgut_3dmark2001_se_geforce_9800_gx2_123484_marks

Really can have fun if you do that with idle 30c load 64c add 1.27v and away you go biggrin.gif

I think two of these would be about a single gtx 295. There's one for sale for $75. Im going to revise my previous appraisal and say no more than $50.

It's hard for me to get $75 out of a GTX 280, even with lifetime warranty on it through EVGA. Weird how they moved your thread rolleyes.gif

Performance wise, I'd expect it to perform somewhat slower than a gtx 460, as 9800gx2=9800gtx sli=gtx 285

Seeing as the gtx 460 goes for around 70 dollars, has dx11, uses less power, runs cooler, I'd expect the 9800gx2 to fetch around $50

50 local, 60 shipped is a fair price imo.

Bad: 2008, low Vram, dx9, 190w draw and runs hot if you don't clean it often or don't fan voltage mod. I had to turn skyrim down to medium :\ because the vram is so low.

Good: What keeps it going though is its raw texture rate.

When newer gen is released its going to drop even more. So sell it now before the price drops or keep it as a collectable (LOL).
