And I was thinking to get the EVGA GeForce GTX 660 2GB Superclocked instead. Will that still be able to run BF3 on ultra 1080p?

If you try to get 2x4 Gb 2133Mhz RAM instead of 4x4Gb, and with the money saved from going with 990FX Extreme 4 instead of 9, wouldn't you be able to streatch to this GTX 770:

It would be a Massive improvement over 2Gb 660 Ti.

Why the 4gb card?

No need unless you run a pair of 770's in SLI for 1440/1600p or triplewide gaming.

For 1080p gaming i would suggest this card. http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=193_1511&products_id=24079

Because we were warned against the 3Gb card, and 2Gb will soon be insufficient for gaming. So 4Gb is the logical choice smile.gif Also, who's to say he won't SLi down the road?

No mobo is called "just" Extreme 4. These are all the Extreme 4 mobos from AsRock:

Intel:

Socket 2011:
X79 Extreme4
X79 Extreme4-M

Socket 1150:
Z87 Extreme4
Z87M Extreme4

Socket 1155:
Z77 Extreme4
Z77 Extreme4-M
P67 Extreme4 Gen3

AMD:

Socket AM3/3+:
990FX Extreme4
970 Extreme4

Socket FM2:
FM2A85X Extreme4
FM2A85X Extreme4-M

You can use only 990FX Extreme or 970 Extreme. All the other ones are for different CPUs.

The 320.49 seems to be the latest driver now. Any idea if they fixed that problem with it? They should have! I mean, that's a pretty big deal..
