they don't even say you can turn it off there while having the system on, but that you can pause it, all the while it could very well be still collecting biometric data. in fact, none of that states explicitly what their policies will be regarding collection whatsoever. which is convenient for them, because keeping the public as uninformed as possible at this point is definitely in their best interests
