Okay so I took it to PC World, yes I know PC World I wouldn't usually! Turns out my Corsair gold 850 watt PSU was causing this and also my USB's were stopping my PC from booting up as they are broken. I was aware of the USB's being faulty so I previously disconnected them. So I need a new PSU, and new IO port with usb's not sure what exactly I need to buy to replace the USB's though.
