IIRC a lot of times this option is disabled by default in BIOS.

None of this has anything to do with the power supply. The "Red" and "Yellow" warnings are just Microsoft complaining that you're wasting milliwatts by not turning off every single device in your computer when it's not in active use. This type of stuff only matters if you're using a laptop.

How did you even get this info? It's irrelevant anyway. Ignore it.
