my cpu ran EXTREMELY warm, all the time, more then it was suppose to so, I decided to lap it. my lapping job isn't perfect and i'll post a picture of it once I get more 2000grit sandpaper it isn't shiney enough yet.

Nice drop in temps, but there was no reason to lap, those temps were fine to begin with.

I just wanted to do it to see if I could pretty much. I lowered the vcore, now my max is about 69c, time to let it run for a hour or so, mine usually BSOD within 1 hour if my vcore is to low. lol

Mine is lapped too, lol. My core temps are very uneven, one core is usually around 10c hotter than the next hottest core. The hottest core rarely breaks 50c, but I just wish it were as cool as the other 3.

mine are usually like this. 59 / 66 / 65 / 66

the first is always cooler idk why
and i have a cheaper cooler too, so if I had a better cooler i'd be fine.

i wonder what the lowest Vcore i could get.
