Need Assistance - 3570K or i5 4430

Im juggling between the two for a pretty darn good computer able to handle everyday computing tasks as well as running the game Sims 3.
I am only able to buy my parts at this particular provider, and the price between the two isn't a concern.
I can already save a few dollars by re-using the curretn Hard Drive and DVD/CD Drive.

All Im concerned about is the i5 4330 being able to have enough GHz to work as well as the i5 3570k when it comes to running Sims3 on its Integrated graphics.

And becuase its just Sims that will be played, a Graphics card option seems unworthy at the expense. If the i5 3570k can run GTA SA with SAMP mod at 50 fps+ on 1280x1024 - its good enough proof that it is uneccesary.
EDIT: And the i5 4430 has better integrated graphics apparently - even better.
And the screen for the computer has that exact same resolution which makes it perfect to predict the results.

So.....i5 4430 @ 3.00GHz or i5 3570k @ 3.4GHZ - 3.9GHZ.

MAINLY CONCERNED ABOUT WHICH CPU RUNS SIMS3 THE BEST.

Here is a quick screen shot of the 2 possible pathways:
I will not be changing any parts just needing some advice or assistance in which one will be better disregarding the price.

EDIT: WIll be running windows 7 home premium if anyone was wondering.

Yes the newer Haswell (4430) is going to have better integrated graphics so if you are not buying a seperate GPU I would assume this is your better option as it has Intel HD 4600. The 3570k is a better CPU only because you can overclock it however you would need a better CPU cooler and it only has Intel HD 4000 graphics. If you were to change nothing at this point going with the 4430 would be better for your needs. thumb.gif

Agreed but why not go for APU should deliver better iGPU graphics than Intel assuming.

Thanks Guys ^^^^

I was just alittle worried that the diffference in GHz would mean one is more advantaged than the other. But if Im mainly needing to use its Integrated Graphics then the GHz doesn't really matter yes?
Anything over 3GHz paired with a hard drive for the Operating System, should do fine. The Solid State Drive is simply included with the build to allow for faster boot up times to ensure its future proof to last for awhile.
The computer they have now is running XP, 2GB Ram @800MHz, some ASUS 512mb and a Intel 1.86GHz Dual core CPU - From memory
So the speed of the CPU is somewhat irrelevant when the Solid State drive will allow faster loading times that without - hence just go with the i5 4430 if it is capable of better Integrated Graphics performcance
