Should I return my Lenovo UltraBook?

I bought a Lenovo u310 Touch from Staples but I am running to some issues:

http://www.staples.com/Lenovo-IdeaPad-U310-133-Touch-Screen-Ultrabook/product_141488

Battery only lasts 2.5 -3 hours on lowest brightness and not doing intensive tasks, just browsing the internet. People get higher battery life than this.
BlueTooth doesn't work; it's advertised as having BT 4. It is grayed out on the settings and can't turn it on. The manual states that in order to turn on BT, I have to turn off Airplane mode, and that is how you enable BT.
When I opened the box I saw the charger had scratches on the corners, the paint showing on corner. Definitely looks used. (how could you explain it?)

Did they give me a used/refurb one? Should I return it for another one?

Just return it.

Return it and get an Asus VivoBook. They seem quite reliable.

You should asked them why did you give me an used or refurbished ultrabook?
Then demand them to give you an actual new one if possible.
Not sure if it'll work, but you should try.

This is why I don't shop in-stores because they always tend to give you fake one. Meaning either used or refurbished.

Yup, but they couldn't replace it because there were sold out ...

I got a refund and I will be waiting for the haswell version of these laptops. I'll be getting the 14 inch(U430) touch version with 1920x1080.

We'll see, maybe I will wait to get a good deal !

I really liked the laptop that I returned, it fit my needs perfectly. Very good build quality with an AMAZING touchpad.

Can't wait for u430 but have no clue when it's coming out, they say Summer 2013... but I need a date lol

Yeah sadly, you don't want a used or refurbished ultrabook that have 2-3 hours of battery life especially on an ultrabook, lol.

I mean you pay for it NEW not used or refurbished NOR have an ultrabook that can't last a long time.
