New logitech gaming software issue

I downloaded the new logitech gaming software, it's what they're calling setpoint nowadays. I have version 8.26.47.

The issue is when my pc sits idle for a few minutes the mouse sensitivity is really low next time I start using it. Opening the gaming software program fixes it. Anyone have a similar issue?
Older versions of the software don't seem to be available on logitech's site either.

I used to have a G700 and actually had the exact same issue as you. I never could find a fix for it. sadsmiley.gif

Also are you sure you got the latest LGS version installed? It looks like they're up to version 8.46 now. Maybe with an update it could fix this issue. Linky.

Yeah I'll try reinstalling and see what happens but unless they updated it in the last 3 days it's the same version =/

Have you gone to the Logitech website and searched their knowlegebase/forums about this issue? At least that way, a Logitech employee might be able to provide an answer to your issue.

I've had similar issues with the LGS for other Logitech products (particularly my G930 headphones...) and I usually have to go there to at least get a clue as to what is happening (not that they have any instant fixes for their issues...)
