First Eyefinity Config.

Thread Starter
I've been wanting to buy an eyefinity 'setup' since early 2010 but I've always be turned off by the size of bezels and I wouldn't trust myself to remove one by hand, anyways I recently came across a few guys suggesting the H236HL bid as an idea candidate for such a setup. Before I go and splash out on 3 of them I'd ask if anyone has had experience with these monitors in such a configuration and/or if you have a better suggestion. Its incredibly hard to find good physical demo's of monitors so I have no real way of knowing how bgg the bezel is outside of videos mad.gif

I'm quite tight for space on my desk as it is but I should be able to fit 3x23"-24" Monitors if you have any suggestions, feel free to link sites but I'm based in UK and shipping is harsh.

I personally don't think Eyefinity set ups are worth it unless you are able to drop large amounts of cash on the very best (3x Asus VG248QE 120Hz), like CallsignVega...I think it's better to have a SICK single monitor set up rather than a mediocre triple monitor set up.

The reason I say this is just to give you a bit of pause before pulling the trigger on this...due to the fact that Eyefinity set ups just cost a crap ton of money, even if you skimp on the quality of the monitors you buy...you're still gunna have to drop a lot into a multi-GPU set up and then a powerful PSU as well. So you end up still spending a lot of money, but with mediocre monitors.

If I were you I think I'd go with a single 27" 1440p 120Hz monitor and dual-GPU's. This way you'll be gaming at a really high resolution and really high refresh rate. Games will have never looked smoother or as gorgeous...
