S12A's are not meant to be used on heatsinks. You should have ordered the A15 PWMs which are meant to be used on heatsinks.

??? I used all of them as chassis fans. I am still using the same Noctua fans that come with the d14.

Even as chassis fans if you have a filter or HDD cage in the way you won't have that much static pressure.

Those (AF140 / NF-S12A) are basically for exhaust or unobstructed flow

I'd look into Thermalright TY-140/141/145/147 also
