People still make fun of people that play WoW? Doesnt get more arrogant or immature than this. People have all different kinds of hobbies, theres really no reason to make fun of people that play WoW its still an extremely popular game among a wide variety of people.

If they put as much effort into optimizing their code in all of their games as they do being greedy, they'd be one of the best devs out there.

very true. The game is really just stuck in a loop and not evolving or making progress imo.

i'd say that the justification has only increased over time. i mean i played wow when it first came out too. but after a decade of facerolly, repetitive gameplay, you'd think people would get bored at this point. and/or find better games

You are pretty clueless to anything in the current WoW meta game, of that I am certain, some of us enjoy the progression aspect of the best "end game" MMO there is, and while WoW may have added many features to accommodate "casuals" or people who are genuinely "bad" at raiding, that has no affect to people on the high end.

Yes, WoW hasn't changed much over the years, it is still a great game that is fun to progress through raid content and can be as hard as you want to make it. Heroic raids are not a cake walk, but stick to your skill based games like CS and D3, nobody from WoW misses people with attitudes like you.

I like when people who still play WoW try to insult people for no longer playing a game that came out in 2004 (and has been in steep decline since 2006). It's good to be able to immediately invalidate opinions on all things gaming related.

agreed.
WoW hasn't changed much as far as game play cuz it's what people like.....
i mean if BF3 all the sudden changed and ended up feeling more like CoD, there would be an uproar and the majority of their loyal customers would quit playing / possibly buying their products
WoW is THE behemoth of MMOs...they made a great thing, why change it.

In my eyes the only real thing that changed was the introduction of a lfg system...so people dont have to sit around in a city trying to put together a group to run a dungeon...i mean, it pulled the community apart a little in a way cuz there is much less "required interaction" with other players

the only other things that have changed are raid mechanics (more complex which is awesome...to me anyways) and character building simplified for the casual player....but that's not a bad thing

so to all the haters...go play something else, we really don't care....

90% of the time its usually the opposite. Its usually the people who dont play anymore that find it justifiable to make fun of those still playing.
