Best cheap SSD for Windows 7?

So I have a budget of about £50 for a new SSD for loading Win7 onto as my primary boot drive and these two are similiary priced, same capacity, whats the difference?

you should look for a used ssd. crucial m4 or Samsung 840 or even 830

too late, got bored of waiting and went ahead and purchased the 64gb Sandisk Ultra Plus
