[Resolved] Signature Issues

  • What happened?
Two issues here. First issue is I can't save my signature with an empty signature body. There needs to be text in the body in order for me to save/submit signature. Second issue; when I try to add a signature code such as the one in my sig right now, it doesn't work. Code works fine in other users' signature.
  • Are you able to reproduce this problem consistently?
    Yes
  • What steps did you take to reproduce this problem?
I've tried to edit signature using Chrome and IE but issues apparently aren't caused by browsers.

  • What action did you expect to occur when this bug appeared?

  • Any additional information that will help us diagnose the issue:

  • Browser, active browser addons, and operating system:
Firefox 21.0, no addons, Windows 7

  • URL where the issue occurs:

Very weird. Try a different web browser. Obv you tried that. I can't replicate your issue on all three browsers. Sorry.

EDIT: Try restarting your computer.

I've tried three different computers and three different browsers. Same issues

-Can't save signature without there being something in the body

-When I try to add codes to my signature, they don't work

Could it be your network's firewall? I wonder if resetting your Modem might do the trick? I have no idea what could be causing your issue.

Hi it looks like the sig editors have been converted to RTE, so when you are trying to edit using the existing BBcode it only shows the code.

I can add your sig in RTE if you would like, if so what you would you like in your sig?
