gtx660ti sli vs gtx760 sli question

Thread Starter

So atm using gtx660ti but since im selling my TV i get free cash to invest to another gpu...+ i have chance to sell my gtx660ti for orginal price.

The question is how much preformance  wise  the diference will be ?

Some stats are better in gtx660ti and some in gtx760....Planing also to buy Samsung 32inch 200hz TV as monitor replacment for 3d gaming.

You'd be better off switching to a 780 if you have the opportunity so that you're not limiting your upgrade path.

If you do go for the 760's you'll likely see ~ 10 - 15% performance increase. If you're getting the 760's for the same price or a bit less then go for it as its a free performance increase, but if you're having to pay more than a 5 - 10% increase in price, its probably not going to be worth it.

760 pretty much = 670 which is about 15% faster than 660 ti stock clocks, so assuming no unusal sli problems i would say about 15-20 %

depends on clocks and such, many magazines are saying 2 760s = titan performance.

Well gtx780 coasts like 90euro more than 2x gtx760 ... wich i sadly cant afford.

Planing to get bouth gtx760 from msi.And gues getting Titan preformance would be kinda amazing since i usualy stayed with budget GPU,s :)

Thnx for replys and ofc rep + as usual :)

Good call. SLI GTX 760 will get you more then titan performance for about $500ish less then a Titan. What you could do is just buy a GTX 760 now, and then when prices start to drop, or when black Friday/ cyber Monday comes along, pick up another 760 then.

msi twinfrozer 760s and gigabyte windforce 760s seem to be the daddys of 760s at the mo.
