I dont think there is any differenced in gaming performance. If you are going the 1150 route, i would reccomend geting a z87 motherboard even if its a low end one.

Thanks for the ideas since now i have decided the following parts, feel free to make any other recommendations
CPU I5 4670K
RAM CORSAIR VENGEANCE 8GB 2x4GB 1600MHZ
CASE BITFENIX PRODIGY
SSD AN 120GB SSD (ANY RECOMMENDATIONS?)
MB I WILL FIND ONE (ANY RECOMMENDATIONS?)
PSU I THINK THE CORSAIR GS 700 IS A GOOD CHOISE
GTX 760
ALSO IM THINKING OF CHANGING THE STOCK INTEL COOLER WITH THE COOLERMASTER HYPER 212 EVO IS IT COMPATIBLE?

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87N-WIFI, through I don't know about it's overclocking capatibilities (phase count alone doesn't mean much), they added voltage control which was locked on Z77 so they probably stepped up the MOSFETs too.
SSD: SanDisk Ultra Plus, avoid the SDSSDP-128G-G25 through since it's an underdog marketed as "SanDisk" without model name, make sure it says Ultra Plus or model SDSSDHP-128G-G25

The Hyper 212 Evo will work as long as you don't get a motherboard with VRM daughterboard (P8Z77-I Deluxe is one of them):

there are better coolers then the hyper 212 for around the same price. The silverstone argon ar 01 is very underated.
