I hope to god they redesign their weapon mechanics and system. They've worked on everything else and so far have done a stellar job with each sequel but guns I feel they have neglected. And if they did so it would bring it to the next level. Make ammo lockers/safe so you DONT lose all your sh** in a failed mission where it ends badly for you. This would make it so visiting the hospital isn't a nightmare when you come out and found that your thousand rounds of your M4 have been confiscated thus forcing you to reload a save. Have tons of customization for your weapons.

Restrict your guy to only be able to carry a few weapons at a time, making missions or general playing more strategic. Introduce holsters. Introduce weapon racks that you can mod your cars with. Introduce weapons you can put ON your cars a la james bond style without going too overboard. Put MORE weapons in the game and get rid of the dated and obsolete three tier system. This way you don't ditch the previous tier weapons as soon as the next tier is made available. Make every weapon unique and each have an appropriate slot in the game as well as unique customization. Have an optional ADS mode for people who want to use it making the game more immersive. Weapon painting, custom sights, mags, grips the list goes on and on. They can take the weapon skill system in SA and apply it so that you can unlock these customizations slotsfor your guns as you gain XP when using them and then you get to buy them.

If not leave some doors open and give great modding support to the community like Bethesda has done so awesome people can do this!

Sloppy and imprecise combat that was clearly made for a gamepad. And obviously driving, which you do a lot of, is much better suited for a gamepad. GTA 5's combat looks tight and polished such that we can take advantage of keyboard and mouse controls.

I would really like a car purchase system, a bit like sleeping dogs, so I can save my money up for a reason and have multiple cars available to me in a garage- I don't like how you can only ever have one car outside of your house/apartment. Fuelling would also be fantastic- it'd add a whole new dimension to chases, and some cars could have bigger tanks so you'd have to think about what car you're using before doing a robbery mission, for example.

You can have a minimum of 2 cars per garage (some garages allowed for up to 5) but realistically you can only fit 1 car and 1 bike in the small ones since GTA: San Andreas, in GTA IV you can have up to 2 cars/1 car 1 bike/2 bikes per parking space.

You can purchase properties and even invest in the stock market in GTA V so there is a high chance you will be able to buy cars/bikes/helicopters/planes/boats as well.

If they do fueling properly, on a full tank just about every car should realistically be able to run for about 30-60 minutes without refueling rendering that idea (even though I think it's a good one) useless. After a while fueling would just be annoying.

Thanks for that, not kept up with GTA V announcements and that enough, and I suppose it would be annoying if you got in a car to outrun the police and 20 seconds later it ran out of fuel especially in a long mission
