Are these the "ver2.1" (as showing on the module labels, just to the right of the timings and voltage info)? If so, then they would be using Elpida Hyper memory chips. If not, please advise as to the version #.
Going on the assumption that they are Hyper...there are 4 of them currently on sale over at XS for $120 ($30/module). They have been up for 2 weeks or so now. There is also a 3x2GB kit listed for $150 ($50/module). I would look at that last one to be the very high side. There was also a recent sale on eBay for a 2x2GB kit that went for $25 shipped, however, I wouldn't consider it to be a true indicator of value...just a great deal that someone got.
There were also 2 kits of 3x2 listed in the OCN Marketplace about 2 weeks ago for $50 each kit (both sold), so that's a pretty wide range, from about $17 per module to $50 per module (excluding the eBay sale).
eBay also has a Seller with individual sticks listed at just under $28 shipped.
I would say that $20-$30 per stick for Hyper based stuff is about right, with the proven overclockers getting the nod towards the high side.
