Dell 2312Hm Backlight problem

Hi guys im sorry this is my first post but i usually just read the forum.

So I just bought this dell monitor 6 months ago and a few days ago the backlight started to fail:

I called dell and they sent me a new one. Once the new monitor arrived i did some backlighting tests and i found out that the backlight was horrible:

What should i do? Should i call dell again? Does the warranty cover it? My old model had some backlighting issues but they were not that bad:

that is insane.

I'm really put off the Dell monitors now that I've seen so many people go through 3-4-5 to get a half passable one.

Whoever controls Dells quality control needs shot!

Or, more likely, bad eggs get more publicity than good ones.
Ive used dozens of dell monitors and never had a bad one.

More to the point, you can try calling them and see what they can do.
Dell generally has good support for their monitors, though I cant say for certain that back-light bleed is covered.
